Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role requires a proactive individual who can align human resources strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment. You will play a key role in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives. Responsibilities: u2022 Collaborate with business leaders to ensure HR strategies align with organizational goals and priorities. u2022 Lead and enhance talent management programs, including performance reviews, succession planning, and employee recognition. u2022 Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and foster a sense of belonging within the organization. u2022 Administer HR policies and processes fairly while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. u2022 Address employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues in accordance with employment laws and company policies. u2022 Support recruitment efforts, including campus hiring, and oversee onboarding, training, and development activities. u2022 Participate in key business meetings, audits, and project launches to integrate HR perspectives into organizational strategies. u2022 Organize and promote employee engagement activities and corporate social responsibility events to strengthen workplace culture. u2022 Develop strategies to enhance employee retention and sustain high morale across teams. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in employee relations and human resources administration. u2022 Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and benefit functions. u2022 Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and their applications. u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage employee concerns effectively. u2022 Ability to develop and implement HR programs that align with business objectives. u2022 Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
