Principal IAM Security Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Role Snapshot Our Principal Identity andAccess Management (IAM) Security Engineer & Architect plays a crucialrole in protecting WPS assets and works with key business partners,developers, vendors, and security engineers to align our IAM Programwith WPS's vision. This Architect works closely with key IT andbusiness unit stakeholders to review, recommend, and document standardsand best practices for data, network, cloud, and application security.They ensures information system processes and procedures meet or exceedour contractual security compliance requirements and Government policiesand standards, including but not limited to; Medicare, HIPAA and NISTCyber Security Framework. Salary Range $125,000 ~ $160,000 The basepay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based onyour job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Work Location Ourfirst consideration will be to have this new employee live in the stateof Wisconsin to take advantage of Hybrid work and collaboration.Employees living within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters (1717 W. Broadwayin Madison, WI) will be expected to be able to be able to work Hybrid 3days a week on a regular basis. Like toconduct security architecture reviews and consultations for all lines ofbusiness in an enterprise level environment. Can participate in ourArchitecture Review Board (ARB) and Technology Review Board (TRB) toprovide security and IAM architecture expertise. Would like to beresponsible for conversion of security and IAM architecture strategyinto digestible policies, standards, documentation and diagrams. Canmaintain up-to-date knowledge of new and emerging industry trends andprovide recommendations to leadership on the navigation and direction ofWPS architecture.
