JOB SUMMARY The ideal candidate has experience and passionfor data engineering. They are an expert in their field - whether thatbe the front end (data visualization, DAX, Power BI, SQL) or the backend (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, data modeling, SQL) of the dataengineering world. Exhibits expert knowledge of architecture and systemdesign principles. This person has a consistent record of very strongownership for their area, is considered the guru in their technicalspace. This person is able to solve complex cross-functional challengesand perform complex analysis of business needs and provide innovativesolutions. Works across the organization to foster a culture ofarchitecture that allows for iterative, autonomous development andfuture scaling. Guides teams in the organization in anticipation offuture use cases and helps them make design decisions that minimize thecost of future changes.
