Mechanic - Fleet & Equipment MaintenanceLocation:Winter Haven, FLSchedule:Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM | Fridays as neededJob Type:Full-TimeAre you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for maintaining and repairing vehicles and equipment? Join our team as a Mechanic, where you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet and tools in top condition across multiple locations.What You’ll Do:Use computerized diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot vehicle and equipment issuesPerform hands-on repairs: brake pads, tires, hydraulic pumps, mower blades, filters, etc.Complete routine maintenance: oil changes, filter replacements, blade sharpening, etc.Conduct safety inspections of vehicles and 2-cycle equipment at Winter Haven and 5 branch locationsMaintain accurate daily records for repairs, receipts, and operating expensesKeep the shop, service truck, and inventory organized and cleanOperate skid steers, loaders, and tree lifts (a plus, not required)Types of Equipment You’ll Work On:2-Cycle Equipment:Stihl weed eaters, edgers, blowers, chainsawsLawn Mowers:eXmark & Wright StanderVehicles:Ford, International, Isuzu, Nissan, DodgeLoaders:Kubota & John DeereTrailers:Lawn trailers and goosenecksHydraulics: Pumps and linesRequirements:Strong diagnostic and technical repair skillsExperience with a wide range of landscaping and vehicle equipmentAbility to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditionsDetail-oriented with a clean and safety-focused work styleValid driver’s license (CDL a plus)Ready to get your hands dirty and your skills appreciated?
