In addition, the Q.T. is charged with following up on any process and/or product non-conformances to assure they are brought to an effective solution while assisting with troubleshooting and supporting operations as required.Hourly rate - $23.80Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:00am-4:00pmResponsibilities:Reads and interprets the shop floor documents (proof, job ticket, combo ticket) as well as applicable ISO, Association, and CPI internal specifications. Know where to locate standards in SharePointComplete Quality Release testing process including physical testing and visual inspection. Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests on materials or product to measure performance, life or material characteristicsObserve, report, and document quality data information on checklists and in the shop floor data collection system as requiredInitates quality hold and non-conformacnes based upon inspection resultsCompletes in-process audits in FinishingQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Prior experience is not requiredThe candidate must be able to interface with a PC by in putting and out putting data and using basic Microsoft Office Suite products.
