Job Description

This position is for a Customer Service Representative who will support the Customer Service team by answering calls, taking, and entering orders, and managing equipment inventory across multiple locations. Responsibilities include processing delivery and return tickets using the BASIS system, maintaining accurate records, monitoring offsite inventories, and ensuring all documentation is filed correctly. Strong multitasking, communication, and basic computer skills are essential, and previous dispatching experience is a major plus. Pay is flexible based on experience.Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate locationTake customer orders and enter them into the systemCompile and manage daily equipment inventory from multiple locations into a single inventory pointUpdate inventory records as equipment are added or removed throughout the dayCreate and process delivery and return tickets using the BASIS systemMatch and organize supporting documents with corresponding ticketsFile all tickets into appropriate customer filesMonitor offsite inventories and review reports dailyEnsure return and delivery tickets align with offsite inventory and dataObtain and document all necessary customer charge information for outgoing shipmentsCommunicate any internal or external issues to the supervisorAssist with other duties as assigned by the supervisorIdentify customers’ expectations and requirements to align goals according with contract provisionsPrevious Experience is a must.Coordinating shipping and receiving materials, supplies and equipmentPhone, computer and radio skills a must.Reviews information such as daily record of activities (log), records of materials received and used and reports from various workers.Prepares and type reports.
