This role is hands-on and people-focused, requiring strong leadership and a proven ability to mentor supervisors, develop teams, and optimize production.Manage bottling operations to meet production and quality goalsMentor and lead supervisors and departmental staffDrive safety programs and ensure OSHA and company complianceLead continuous improvement and capital projectsSupport new product development and equipment implementationResolve quality issues and lead root cause effortsCoordinate cross-functionally with other departments (shipping, customer service, QA)Monitor, evaluate, and develop departmental performance and skillsRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience7+ years of business experience with management experience requiredStrong planning and organizational skillsProven leadership track recordPreferred: Alcohol beverage or CPG experience, Supply Chain and Org Development
