This clinic serves a variety of populations including ortho, sports, vestibular, post-op/prehab, fall prevention, and worker's comp. Candidates should be hardworking, motivated, and eager to learn. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as neededCurrent state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
