Immediate hiring need and career opportunity!!!Must commute or RELOCATE to the Schaumburg, IL area.Compensation in the $60,000 to $72,000 range depending on experience.Wanted - Permits Coordinator with military leadership and ~1-5+ years industry experience. Will focused on permit investigation, creation, and issuance. Additionally will conduct project management, preparation and implementation of work plans, permits, and reporting.In this role you will:Provides support with all aspects of preparing and securing permits as neededUpdates necessary tracking systemsCreates correspondence relevant to the team and projectProvides ad hoc reports as requestedKeep customer appraised of current project statusDevelops and maintains documents and files for projects and programs; continues to monitor for integrity and completeness.Draft and maintain technical reports and documentationQUALIFICATIONSExperience with GPS devices and mapping softwareThe willingness to learn new survey and monitoring techniques and proceduresAble to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced work environmentPossesses a high attention to detail with ability to provide consistent followupStrong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectivelyCustomer focused and results drivenModerate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Suites skills.Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentMilitary leadership experienceProblem solverCompensation in the $60,000 to $72,000 range depending on experience.Wanted - Permits Coordinator with military leadership and ~1-5+ years industry experience.
