Immediate hiring need and career opportunity!!!Project Engineer/Project ManagerCompensation in the $80,000 to $130,000 DOE.Wanted - Project Engineer/Project Manager with military leadership and 5+ years industry experience.In this role you will:Oversee a portfolio of projectsEvaluate prospective contract bidsCreate Project Scopes, Deliverables, Statements of Work, and Work Breakdown StructuresConduct in field assessments as neededComplete/oversee project documentation and provides ad hoc reports as requestedResolve project technical challengesPrepare Project Schedules, manage Critical Path items and coordinate Resource Loading with contractorsCreate Project Risk Registers / Risk Mitigation PlansIdentify and implement cost and time saving opportunitiesWork with external customers, vendors, utilities organizations, permitting agencies, and other contractors throughout the project lifecycle.Keep customer appraised of current project statusMentor and develop entry-level engineering professionalsCreate correspondence relevant to the team and projectQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree Required - (Mechanical/Civil Engineering preferred)PMP certification-preferredExperience Leading Projects-minimum of 2 yearsMilitary leadership/project management experienceStrong proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office SuiteHighly flexible and good with consistent changing environments with ability to prioritize and pivot work priorities and workloadWorks well individually and can collaborate well in a team environmentUnderstanding of engineering principles across multiple engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, and/or electrical)Strong attention to detail and task follow throughStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to lead, coach and influence othersAble to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced work environmentPossesses a high attention to detail with ability to provide consistent follow upStrong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectivelyCustomer focused and results drivenProblem solver
