The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervision of functions of the department while providing excellent customer service, and actively contributing to the department requirements and standards.As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursementAn employee assistance program.Paid time off/sick timeParticipation in a 401(k) plan with a company match.Team member free room night program.Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:Assisting the Department Manager in the development, implementation and maintenance of Eastside Bar + Bites and quality service standardsEnsuring food and beverages are being served in a professional and timely mannerMonitoring set up and maintenance of department to ensure all side work is completeInteracting with guests to ensure a positive guest experience; attending daily pre-meal meetingsConducting ongoing service training of department associates and assisting in the completion of daily shift reportsSupervises restuarant in absence of the F&B DirectorTakes the lead on Event SetupRequired to Bartend multiple shifts per week.Minimum of two years’ experience in customer serviceMinimum of two years’ experience in Food and BeverageExceptional guest recovery skillsEnjoy interacting with people in a fast paced environmentMust possess a positive attitudeMust integrate company values throughout all interactionsMust be able to quickly adapt to effectively using new software productsMust be dependable and available to work within the resort on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demandsMinimum of one-year experience in a food and beverage supervisory
