Some overtime may be required., Compensation: WAVE offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefit package that includes, but not limited to; health, dental and life insurances, vacation, quarterly profit sharing, and a 401(k) Plan. Salary is based on an applicantâs knowledge and experience in their field of expertise. Base starting salary is over $73K a year, without overtime, and will be higher for qualified candidates., This position is responsible for all activities associated with the maintenance of facility operations. This person is responsible for maintaining and operating production equipment to optimize availability, quality and speed inclusive of both mechanical and electrical subsystems.General Responsibilities:, ⢠, , Troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment in compliance with all plant codes, policies and procedures⢠, , Safely utilize machine shop equipment, hand tools, power tools and precision-measuring instruments.⢠, , Identify root cause issues and take proper corrective actions without needing assistance.⢠, , Assist in the debug, repair and installation of equipment used in the manufacturing process.⢠, , Use CMMS system to accurately complete work orders.⢠, , Maintain all work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition at all times.⢠, , Actively participate in communication and WAVE culture.⢠, , Able to operate fork trucks, scissor and aerial lifts to perform job assignments (will train).⢠, , Perform these and other related duties as assigned or directed⢠, , Able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds⢠, , Able to stand 8-10 hours per day at assigned work area,
