Description We are looking for a skilled Controller to oversee key financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting for our organization. This role involves managing general ledger activities, preparing financial statements, and conducting budget analyses to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented approach and a strong ability to execute audits and year-end closings effectively. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee and manage all general ledger activities to ensure accuracy and compliance. u2022 Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports in alignment with organizational standards. u2022 Analyze budgets and provide insights to support financial planning and decision-making. u2022 Conduct audits to evaluate and improve financial processes and controls. u2022 Execute year-end closing procedures and ensure all accounts are reconciled. u2022 Develop and deliver ad-hoc financial reports as requested by the President. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations. u2022 Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles. u2022 Proven expertise in preparing financial statements and managing budgets. u2022 Strong knowledge of general ledger systems and processes. u2022 CPA certification is required. u2022 Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail. u2022 Proficiency in financial reporting and auditing procedures. u2022 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
