You'll be... + Assembling and packaging custom plastic cards, key tags, and badges by hand or with equipment. + Setting up and operating machines for laminating, printing, or cutting products. + Performing quality checks and visual inspections to ensure accuracy and proper finish. + Monitoring equipment and making adjustments to maintain quality and flow. + Recording basic production data and troubleshooting minor machine issues. + Following detailed visual work instructions and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. + Assisting with general production tasks including material handling and shipping prep.
