summary We are hiring a Polishers and Paint assistants in East Tulsa! *Great Aerospace Company that is growing! 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30m) Paint Assistant: $15.00/hour Read work orders Organize parts as they move in & out of the paint booth Some heavy lifting involved Polisher - $15.00/hour Set up and operate polishing machines according to production specifications. Monitor the polishing process to ensure products meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on polishing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the polishing process. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications. Record production data and maintain accurate logs of work performed. required-skills: Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Proven experience as a Polish Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with polishing machinery and techniques. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
