Our client, a luxury event company, is looking for a full time Senior Event Producer to join their team starting as soon as order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to work onsite in Manhattan 5 days per week as well as onsite at event spaces as needed.As the Senior Event Producer, you will be overseeing a team of 3-4 people on a day to day on the development and execution of bespoke private events.The Senior Event Producer will be responsible for: - leading and managing a team of 3-4 through all phases of event production- overseeing pre-production in-office, ensuring all elements are aligned with the creative vision and production timeline.- directing the execution of events on-site, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional guest experiences.- collaborating with creative teams to select fonts, paper stocks, and design elements for invitations and printed materials- working with calligraphers, printers, and graphic designers to ensure all visual elements reflect the creative vision of the event- communicating clearly and effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and excellence at every stage - making decisive creative and logistical calls, from verbiage on invitations to build instructions for fabrication teamsQualifications- 5+ years of experience in luxury event production, preferably with a focus on private events (not conferences or trade shows)- proven experience leading teams and managing complex, large-scale events- strong background in wedding production is highly desirable- deep understanding of luxury materials, including paper quality, printing techniques, and design aesthetics- exceptional communication and leadership skills- the ability to move quickly and adapt to changes- strong problem solving skills - a strong sense of graphic design and visual storytelling In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
