CAD/BIM Manager Employment Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Hybrid u2014 3 days in-office, 2 days remote Salary Range: $90,000- $125,000 dependent on experience Career Level: Senior Location: Seattle, WA --- Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAD/BIM Manager to lead CAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts across aerospace, industrial, and federal projects, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems and complementary mechanical experience. This role will oversee BIM implementation, ensure compliance with federal and client standards, and drive innovation in design coordination and project delivery. --- Key Responsibilities u00b7 Lead BIM project setup and execution using Revit and AutoCAD platforms. u00b7 Act as Lead CAD/BIM Focal (Point of Contact) for major aerospace/industrial and federal clients u00b7 Take full ownership of adhering to client standards and holding the design team accountable to the standards. u00b7 Develop and maintain CAD/BIM tool palettes, templates, and execution plans based on client standards and requirements. u00b7 Manage BIM deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation across a wide variety of projects. u00b7 Conduct advanced clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination, especially for electrical and mechanical systems. u00b7 Provide production support and training to project teams. u00b7 Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to optimize BIM workflows and tools. u00b7 Research and implement emerging BIM technologies and tools. Qualifications u00b7 Experience: Minimum 7 years in BIM/CAD management, preferably in aerospace, industrial, federal, or infrastructure projects. u00b7 Technical Skills: Expert in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related platforms. u00b7 Certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit or AutoCAD required. u00b7 Education: High school diploma or associate degree in a relevant field. u00b7 Knowledge: Strong understanding of AutoCAD, BIM standards (IFC, COBie), parametric modeling, and construction methodologies. u00b7 Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
