Description We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team remotely, supporting the senior care industry. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing, designing, and implementing application systems while collaborating with users to optimize system performance and resolve technical challenges. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects and contribute to the enhancement of processes and workflows. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of files and systems within assigned products and scope. u2022 Collaborate with users to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and resolve application-related challenges. u2022 Develop and maintain detailed build documentation and process flows to support business units and end users. u2022 Analyze business operations and prioritize system changes to meet organizational needs. u2022 Investigate user preferences and make informed design decisions to improve application specifications. u2022 Review, test, and implement new functionality from system releases, ensuring alignment with business requirements. u2022 Provide system administration support, including adhering to security protocols and change control standards. u2022 Accurately track time worked and develop level-of-effort estimates for assigned tasks. u2022 Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills while managing multiple tasks efficiently. u2022 Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely support for application-related issues. Requirements u2022 At least 5 years of experience in ERP/CRM application configuration and design, including ADP Payroll, UKG Pro, and Kronos. u2022 Bachelor's degree in health, science, business, or equivalent experience preferred. u2022 Certification in relevant ERP/CRM applications may be required, depending on supported systems. u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a healthcare setting, such as a physician practice or hospital. u2022 Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle complex tasks and meet deadlines. u2022 Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members and end users. u2022 Ability to analyze workflows, collect data, and resolve technical issues efficiently. u2022 Familiarity with adhering to standards for change control, naming conventions, and security classifications.
