What youu2019ll do + Write and edit articles, speeches, blog posts, and executive-facing copy. + Research and lead stakeholder interviews to capture stories. + Produce or coordinate video and graphic content; audit third-party deliverables. + Create social content and shape social strategies from analytics. + Turn data and insights into clear editorial direction. + Coordinate content workflows across regions and teams. + Ensure accuracy, appropriate tone (editorial/executive/authorial), and brand alignment. Qualifications & skills + Experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, or editorial roles. + Social-first mindset: short-form video, memes, reactive/proactive comms. + Skilled in interviews and stakeholder management. + Knowledge of industry trends and audience development. + Comfortable with CMS, basic video/graphic tools, and analytics platforms. Top / niche skills + Experience with political campaigns or public policy communications. + Expert in social political meta and spotting sensitive/high-profile moments. + Able to create rapid-response social content and short-form videos. + Track metrics, trends, outliers, and provide concise look-backs/look-aheads. Tools & background + CMS, Google Docs/Slides, basic video/graphic tooling. + Editorial + executive voice experience preferred. + Detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven.
