Description The School of Music at Carnegie Mellon University invites applications for an adjunct Instructor of Music Theory, starting in the Spring 2026 semester. We seek a colleague to teach special topics and/or upper-level Music Theory courses in their area of expertise. Expected course load is 1-2 courses per semester. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a masteru2019s degree or higher, or equivalent experience, and have experience teaching Music Theory at the university or conservatory level.
