This role requires a minimum of a bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience in writing code for automated process equipment. The preferred candidate should be detail oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Some international and domestic travel will likely be required.Essential ResponsibilitiesStrong proficiency in C# (5+ years of experience) for Windows desktop developmentDesign, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codeStrong discipline in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principlesMicrosoft WPF and WCF frameworksSolid understanding of .NET multithreading and C# concurrency patterns Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources Self-starter, capable of working autonomously Participate in all project lifecycle phases, from design and code development, unit testing, documentation, release, and maintenanceDefine and implement improvements to existing code written by previous developersUse safe work practices at all times. Identify potential safety hazards and take prompt action to address them.Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards.
