Oneyear of retail/hospitality management experience is preferred for this position. Previous automotiveexperience is a plus. Every Assistant Manager will receive comprehensive training through our award-winning Jiffy Lube® University computer-based training as well as hands-on training.Job Responsibilities:The primary function of the Assistant Store Manager is to provide an excellent experience for ourcustomers and oversee the operations of the store. You will work hands-on to assist the GeneralManager in the daily operations of their location and are responsible for customer interaction, training,directing, and coaching employees in all areas of operations. In addition, you will be responsible forbank deposits, inventory, and cash control in the General Manager's absence. This position is essential toour overall guest experience and meeting company goals.
