Being successful in this role requires close coordination and communication with the Subject Matter Experts (SME), Operations, and Human Resource teams.This is an on-site role that requires the ability to be flexible with work schedules; including the ability to work all shifts as needed.Special areas of emphasis:Skill Books / Skills Matrix Proficiency:Revision of skill books as needed for all departments - working with SME’sCreating skill books when neededCreation and revision of site SOP, SWIS, SPL, and any other relevant job aids as neededTrack & reports employee proficiencies to site leadershipTrain the Trainer:Train and certify identified trainers at the siteAudit certified trainers for standard work completionJob Duties:Coordinate start dates for traineesWork with leaders for trainer supportTrainee packet preparation and distributionAssist with timely completion of reviews/assessmentsMaintain tracking and organization of training filesMonitor training performance to scheduleIdentify documents for translationTrack current and planned future trainingTraining event coordination and calendar managementQualifications:Demonstrated ability as a leader with effective teamwork and communication skillsMust be able to flex hours to accommodate training coordinationIntermediate Microsoft Office skills necessaryAbility to multitask and prioritize workloadMust be available to work overtime as neededBilingual is a plus2+ years of manufacturing experience in supervisory, shift lead, or a role where training fellow employees was a main emphasis of the role is requiredPactiv Evergreen is now a part of Novolex.
