Creates an integrated autonomous interface, mobility, communication, and human-robot interaction. Works with cross-functional teams to understand opportunities for robotic applications.General ProfileAcquires basic skills to perform routine tasksDevelops understanding in an analytical or scientific method or operational processWorks with close supervisionPerforms manual tasks according to established proceduresAssists with the development and implementation of automation systems or components. Supporting or performing the program installation, testing, and maintenance of robots or automated components. Assists in the commissioning and deployment of new automation installations, conducts field trials to ensure appropriate operation, and prepares reports or records documenting actions or findings. Investigates and troubleshoots defects or bugs, complete repairs and provides preventative maintenance. Maintains the inventory of supplies and tools used for testing and maintenance. Required education and experience: Attending a Vocational / Technical School or internal training program OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education & Experience or Skillset; No prior experience neededPreferred education and experience: Vocational/Technical Training DegreeDiscipline/Major: Technical training preferredKnowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Detail oriented. Problem-solving skills. Mathematic skills. Computer skills. Technical skills. Technical troubleshooting. Test documentation.
