The following may apply to all properties maintained by GHGEngineering currently and in the future.Updating and maintaining the department information, documents, SOPs, manuals,drawings, service contracts, and warranties.Lead Walks of Excellence for Engineering documenting all findings with Asset Essential work orders. Provide timely updates to departments on status of work ordersAssist with onboarding all new employees into the Engineering department ensuring they have all appropriate equipment, tools, uniforms, keys, etc.Work Order ManagementManage assets in the system - Add, retire & ensure proper locationAssign work orders for all propertiesMonitor and drive work orders in the system to ensure timely completionClose work orders as neededProvide reports to managers on work order statusMaintain user databaseInput work performed by contractors into Asset Essentials for the respective assets to maintain a robust history of work performed on the assetsReview Asset Essential work orders for completenessManage KAC equipment and scheduling of maintenance and repairsInteract with managers and staff on various requestsResponsible for managing and facilitating the removal of batteries, ballasts, light bulbs and other materials for disposalResponsible for collecting and documenting utility usage (Electric, Water, Gas) for all propertiesAssist the Director and Facility Managers in energy conservation measures as requested.Monitor safety training for the Engineering department to ensure training is issued and completed.Coordinate and monitor uniform purchasing and spending for the departmentAll other tasks as assigned by the Director of Facilities & MaintenanceWhat You Need For This PositionProficient on computer skills, particularly on Google AppsAbility to learn and utilize Computer Maintenance Management SystemsStrong communication and analytical skills with an attention to detailLong periods of Standing and SittingAble to stoop and bendAble to lift up to 50 pounds from time to timeAble to handle responsibilities that may require repetitive motion tasksTop Reasons to Work With GHGWe are one of the Nation's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to work forYou’ll have the opportunity to work witha passionate team with a high focus on guest satisfactionYou will grow your skills and experience in an environment that encourages growth and development
