Sales Analyst

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our team in Odessa, Texas. This role is essential for driving sales performance through data analysis, customer engagement, and efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent interpersonal skills to support sales operations effectively. Responsibilities: u2022 Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. u2022 Provide clear and actionable reports to support decision-making within the sales team. u2022 Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. u2022 Manage inventory processes to ensure accuracy and availability of parts. u2022 Handle sales transactions, including processing tax returns and ensuring compliance with regulations. u2022 Collaborate with team members to pull and organize parts for customer orders. u2022 Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and offering solutions. u2022 Utilize computer systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks. u2022 Support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales analysis or a related field. u2022 Proficiency in analyzing and reporting sales data. u2022 Strong understanding of sales tax regulations and returns. u2022 Familiarity with KYC and AML compliance processes. u2022 Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. u2022 Ability to manage inventory efficiently and accurately. u2022 Strong computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software. u2022 Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
