New York, NY, USA Hourly 30.31 per hour 30.31 Full Time Yes This is the perfect position for someone that is professional, detail oriented, and enjoys assisting others. This person is open to trying new ways of doing tasks, is proactive, solutions oriented, and is willing to provide a great first impression for our client. This is not a remote or hybrid position.Workhours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (1 Hr lunch) Key Responsibilities: u2022 Welcoming visitors, employees, and vendors u2022 Procurement and Vendor Liaison for supplies/services and property managementu2022 Assist in keeping the suite clean and safe u2022 Maintain daily levels of copy paper, beverage supplies, and office needs. u2022 Arrange and re-set conference/meeting rooms as defined by meeting organizeru2022 Perform some mailroom services including opening and scanning petencies:u2022 Extends exceptional hospitality and customer service through professionalism and a polished image.u2022 Quick learner yet is adaptable to changeu2022 Proactive individual, able to perform independently and ability to provide options for solutions u2022 Team player that possesses great communication skills, written and verbal.u2022 Demonstrates proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, at a minimum. Qualifications:u2022 High School Diploma or Equivalent, or greater.u2022 Demonstrated Organizational skillsu2022 Demonstrated Communication skillsu2022 Dependable and Punctualu2022 Professional appearance five days per week. Physical Demands:u2022 Ability to lift and/or move up to 50# u2022 Ability to view monitors several hours per dayu2022 Sit, ergonomically correct while performing sedentary duties.
