Job Description

Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company. + Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects. + Experience in Go-to-Market Strategies, Data Analysis, Compensation Analysis, and Financial Modeling. Preferred qualifications: + Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience. + Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools. + Experience working with product and engineering teams. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Googleu2019s functions to help products execute optimally. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $144,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities: + Lead strategic analysis that informs Cloudu2019s AI strategy such as identifying impacts of accelerating growth through Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and Systems Integrator (SI) partners, analyzing opportunity size for products, or identifying of revenue acceleration through customer cohort analysis. + Work directly with Vice President leaders to support day-to-day decision making through timely analysis, excellent people management skills to drive alignment, and effective presentation skills. + Define and manage processes needed to operationalize strategic initiatives such as maintaining optimized utilization of technical infrastructure or defining the critical financial and customer metrics to measure success across teams in portfolio planning, annual planning, and OKRs. + Drive alignment of the Product Operations team's priorities with executive stakeholders and provide coaching and mentorship to develop team members.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
