Preferred Qualifications: u2022 One (1) year of similar work experience. Responsibilities: u2022 Cleans and maintains rental cars by vacuuming, cleaning windows, wiping down interior and utilizing air freshener u2022 Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners in order to prevent damage u2022 May remove stains from carpet and other interior surfaces using chemicals and cleaning solutions u2022 Gathers and empties trash u2022 Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and possibly checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created u2022 Drives vehicles while in the course of performing cleaning work u2022 Notify management concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to facility u2022 Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. u2022 Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
