In this role, you'llassist in developing conceptual and hard bid estimates, performingtakeoffs, and preparing construction budgets for a variety of projects.Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing conceptual, schematic, anddesign development budgets, as well as detailed hard bids. Performquantity takeoffs, labor estimates, and scope breakdowns. Partner withdesign and project teams to develop cost-effective and constructibleproject solutions. Compile and present well-documented, data-drivenestimates. Maintain and support subcontractor/vendor databases andprequalification processes. Assist in assembling and presenting finalestimates to clients and internal teams. Support project managers duringsubcontractor selection and pre-award activities. Identify potentialproject risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies. OTHEREXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications & Background: Bachelor'sdegree in construction management or a related field. 2+ years ofexperience in conceptual and hard bid estimating. Ability to reviewconstruction drawings and specifications to determine project scope.Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage timeeffectively and prioritize across multiple projects. Proficiency withMicrosoft Office products and construction management tools, methods,and techniques (Bluebeam, bid solicitationsoftware, and MS Access).Working knowledge of Revit, Smartsheet, or scheduling software (a plus).Proficiency with estimating software, including On-Screen TakeoffandIconica/Pantera plan room.Experiencewith AI, Assemble, or other 3Dtakeoff software (a plus).
