Job Description:The Digital Advertising Consultant will manage and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns for our automotive dealer clients. This role is responsible for the execution, analysis, and performance of campaigns across Search, Display, Social, and Video platforms. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, conducting consultative reviews, providing actionable insights, and recommending strategies that align with client goals. This position requires strong communication and analytical skills to balance day-to-day account management with long-term strategic planning. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly impact client success. This full-time position reports to the Digital Advertising Manager and can be remote.Essential Functions:Manage accounts through the life-cycle starting with on-boarding to regular day to day account managementRespond to customer requests and communications in a timely manner, based on SLAs set by the companyMaintain a customer retention rate that is deemed acceptable by the companyAct as a true consultant by understanding the clients core goalsPlan advertising strategy on a monthly and quarterly basis with clientsExecute and present results of key initiatives Identify opportunities to enhance a client's advertising portfolioEnsure that accounts meet client defined budget and metric goals Optimize accounts on a regular basis based on best practices outlined by the companyDeploy A/B testing and CRO tactics to improve account performanceRequired Skills/Experience:Bachelors Degree or equivalent experienceExcellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlinesKnowledge of Google Analytics or other bid optimization toolsProficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook2+ year experience managing digital campaigns1+ years account management or customer service experiencePreferred Skills/Experience:Google Analytics CertificationGoogle AdWords and Bing Ads CertificationsExperience as a PPC analystExperience with ads management software such as Fluency, Kenshoo, Marin, Doubleclick, Searchforce or AcquisioProject management experienceAutomotive marketing / automotive internet sales experiencePrior experience with digital marketing agencies#LI-RemoteThe targeted salary range for this position is $43,888 - $57,950.The posted salary range for this position may be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; internal pay equity; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
