Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame. Be knowledgeable of all stations. Communicate with culinary team for proper pars, production and harvest requirements when needed in specified work stations.Work with aquaponic systems.Clean and take care of grounds, seedlings, plants, fruit trees, etc. Understand and be able to operate NFT aquaponic systems. Understand and be able to multi task and adapt to given daily tasks delegated by Chef or SousUnderstand and be able to follow standardized written tracking forms by Chef or Sous Understand and be able to independently execute daily prep for assigned station daily.
