If you’re ready to shape your future and take pride in your work, your next chapter starts here.We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to join our team.Duties include applying for permits with the respective municipalities, compiling, updating, and maintaining reports, working with Third Party Permit runner, maintaining files, as well as daily interaction with the markets Production and Sales teams.Obtain documents from Production Management to facilitate the permit application processObtain all required approvals for permits and act as liaison between the company and each municipalityPrepare and submit applications to various agencies/ boards having jurisdiction over required permits and/or approvalsCoordinate paperwork and applications with outside consultants as necessarySubmit paperwork for permitsWork closely with the municipalities on the status of permits and ensure they are processed in a timely mannerProduce and maintain schedules for all communities and coordinate with municipalities from approval to final stages of permitting processEnter permitting data into CRMPrepare job packages for Production Management TeamEstablish a clear line of communication with the Factory Sales Representatives for customer support as neededMaintain all company files relating to, approvals, licenses and permits2-5 years Exp with residential permit processingWork with a sense of urgencySuperior follow-up and follow-through skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPublic Notary License is a plusEnjoys working in a structured environmentOur benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness for you and your eligible spouse/dependents.
