Job Title: Space Planning InternReports To:Director of Business AnalyticsInternship Type: Paid InternshipLocation: Green Bay Support Office (De Pere, Wisconsin)Duration: Fall 2025TheSpace Planning Internwill support the Space Planning team in executing assortment and planogram strategies across various categories. This internship offers hands-on experience in retail space planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will assist in gathering data, preparing reports, and contributing to the development of planograms under the guidance of experienced analysts.What You’ll GainReal-world experiencein retail space planning and merchandising.Data analysis skillsusing Excel and other tools.Exposure to cross-functional teamsand business decision-making.Industry insightinto assortment planning and planogram development.Professional growththrough mentorship and hands-on projects.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in the planogram development process by gathering product data, organizing files, and supporting documentation needs.Help compile and analyze basic assortment data using Excel and other tools.Participate in team meetings to observe and learn how insights are presented and decisions are made.Support communication between merchandising, store operations, and vendor partners by preparing meeting notes and summaries.Help maintain planogram documentation and ensure files are properly stored and accessible.Contribute to the execution of new store and remodel initiatives by assisting with layout documentation and setup coordination.Perform administrative tasks and support special projects as assigned.Maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the internship schedule.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
