RiverView Health, is a community owned, membership based non-profit organization that was formed in 1898 and continues to be the sole community hospital in Crookston, MN.RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area. This is a flexible staffing shift to fit your lifestyle.This person will assist in the overall patient experience by working within a scope of practice as delegated by the Registered Nurses within our Inpatient Unit.What you should expect while working in this role:Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of nurses and medical staff.Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.Offer emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.Minimum Requirement(s):Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.Ability to assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.Preferred Requirement(s):2+ years' experience as a CNA.1+years experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.Experience using EPIC as an EMR.We offer competitive wages and a friendly work environment.
