Through personalized care plans our residents experience quality care in a close-knit community.Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with current state license.Must have a current/active CPR certification.Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. #PARAMOUNT123Responsibilities of theLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN):Provide personal care (i.e., grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) of residents daily and as needed.Provide bedside care. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.Assist with resident comfort.Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.Collect samples and monitor catheters.Take TPR (temperature, pulse, & rate), blood pressure, weighing of residents, etc., as directed.Assist in the orientation and training of other staff, as requested.Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
