The Program Manager position will be based out of the North Houston TX, facility.u0026 u003c/divu003eu003cdivu003eu003cbru003eThe role will manage new product introduction (NPI) and product improvement projects (PIP) from the customer RFQ phase to PPAP. u003cbru003eu003cbru003eResponsibilities: u003cbru003e• Manage new product introduction projects (NPI) and product improvement projects (PIP) from the customer RFQ phase to PPAP. u003cbru003e• Provide on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones. u003cbru003e• Report on project success criteria, results, metrics, and lessons learned. u003cbru003e• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. u003cbru003e• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, and tools for successful project execution. u003cbru003e• Prepare estimates, where necessary, and a detailed project plan for all phases of the project u003cbru003e• Manage project scope and changes. u003cbru003e• Act as an internal quality control check for the projectu003cbru003eu003cbru003eRequirement u003cbru003e• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field u003cbru003e• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the Automotive Industry or relevant experience u003cbru003e• Extensive manufacturing experience in operations serving commercial u0026passenger vehicles. u003cbru003e• Experience with vehicle quality systems and processes (DFMEA, DFM, DVPR, etc.). u003cbru003e• Extensive Experience with Customer Contact and specific Customer Requirements u003cbru003e• Extensive Experience in NPI, PIP, Launching projects, and Program Management. u003cbru003e• Core Tools, Control Plan, QA Systems, 8D, Layered Process Audits, Lean Tools u003cbru003e• Knowledge IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 • Experience in SAP PLM • Efficient, proactive, and hands-on approach u003cbru003e• Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsu003c/divu003e ', 'location ': 'Willis, TX ', 'remote ':null, 'jobtype ': 'directhire ', 'remoteoption ': 'no ', 'featuredonjobboard ':false, 'ownedbyagency ':false, 'externalid ': 'TN90-2748697
