This role requires a leader who can balance detail with big-picture thinking.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of direct experience in compensation management, including incentive planningStrong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, and pay structuresProficiency with compensation surveys (Radford, Mercer, WTW) and HRIS systems (UKG a plus)Advanced Excel skills, with comfort in analytics, modeling, and data storytellingStrong communication skills to present complex data in a clear, actionable wayAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-driven environmentCCP certification a plusExperience in HVAC or service-based industries preferred
