Benefits may vary based on state law.The Practice Manager is a proactive and hands-on leader who excels in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, fostering collaboration across clinical and administrative teams, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills to every facet of practice management. Accountable for performance across assigned services, the Practice Manager cultivates and high-performance culture focused on quality care, patient experience, regulatory compliance, safety, and financial stewardship in alignment with Shriners Children's mission and values.Oversees daily clinic workflows to ensure efficiency and patient-centered careSupervises and coaches administrative and clinical support staffEnsures adherence to pediatric-specific health regulationsMonitors revenue cycle with attention to subspecialty billing opportunitiesIdentifies gaps in authorizations, referrals and documentationFosters a child-friendly and family-centered environmentDesigns and implements strategies to improve patient/family satisfactionHandles escalated patient/family concernsUses data and root cause analysis to identify and solve workflow inefficienciesActs as a liaison across care teams, leadership and external partnersRecruits and retains staff experienced in pediatric careThis is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.Required:Bachelor's degree3-5 years progressive experience in clinic or healthcare operationsProven track record managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing clinic workflowsPreferred:Masters degree in Healthcare Administration or Business AdministrationMembership in American College of Healthcare (ACHE)Membership in Medical Group Managment Association (MGMA)Lean Six Sigma Green Certification2+ years experience in Pediatric or Specialty care Settings
