Apply today and help us shape the future of workâ”together.Position Summary:This position will be responsible for providing onsite technical services to Customers in support of Mission Critical Cooling Systems. , Executes the delivery of installation, startup, commissioning support, remedial and preventative maintenance (PM) services., We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is eager to apply their technical skills during project installations, break fix and preventative maintenance. , If you have practical experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, reading technical manuals and schematics, along with basic use of hand tools and electrical test equipment. Folks who have most likely been a field engineer/Maintenance tech/engineer. Duties and Responsibilities: Participates in system deployment project for established service area, by delivering installation, startup and/or commissioning support services.Provides onsite support by assisting in fault isolation of electro-mechanical systems.Identifies necessary parts to resolve customer equipment failures.Responds onsite to dispatches, within required timeframe as specified in customer service level agreements (SLAs), for scheduled and unscheduled services requests.Serves the department by participating in the development of service bulletins, procedures, process improvements and other collateral duties as required.Maintains accurate customer service records and reports within the Case Management System/CRM.Contributes to the creation of Knowledge Articles and other technical-related documentation.Serves as a resource to sales personnel for assigned service area.Recommends improvements to manuals, operational processes and procedures as needed.Contributes to training course content development and provides training to customers and other field service personnel, as required.Maintains knowledge of new products.Other duties as assigned.Required Skills: Proven experience in maintenance and facilities managementHands-on expertise in maintaining conveyance systems, forklift equipment, dock equipment, dock plates, powered industrial trucks, and manual material handling equipmentStrong knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, signage, and exterior building structureAbility to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, sketches, and verbal instructionsProficiency in assembly, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage electrical installationsSkilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing faults in electrical and mechanical systemsExperience in measurement and control of electrical parametersStrong background in repairing and maintaining production equipment to ensure maximum uptimeKnowledge of facility equipment maintenance including HVAC systems, air compressors, and plumbingExperience in installing, repairing, rebuilding, and upgrading machinery and mechanical equipmentAbility to diagnose machine malfunctions and operating difficulties and provide timely corrective actionsSkilled in rebuilding machines and overhauling components, including dismantling, inspection, machining, and replacementExperience with installation and relocation of machinery/equipment, including levelling, fitting, and alignmentProven ability in preventive maintenance for production equipment and machineryStrong organizational skills for ordering parts, managing supplies, and maintaining accurate documentationAdherence to safety standards and procedures when working with electrical and mechanical systemsAbility to perform measurements, prepare technical documentation, and maintain compliance recordsSkilled in repairing faulty machinery, production equipment, and damaged structuresHands-on expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of production systemsProven ability to perform daily repairs and ensure production equipment remains operational
