We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies.SummaryCoordinate all Customer Service ,Support activities and programs to ensure a safe, healthy, accident-free, and productive work environment for all employees.ResponsibilitiesProcess truck arrivals and process loaded truck departures.Process trucks as they arrive by recording the driver, truck number, and arrival date/time.Process trucks as they depart by entering load sheet info into iVELES and scanning bay tags to match with load sheet.Upload and confirm complete. Allow driver to proceed offsite.If data in the departure is incorrect, provide instruction to driver to correct.SecondaryProvide IT support for internal customers.Repair/Replace printers in all GUS facilities.Collect and distribute PDA devices at start and end each shift, inspecting units for wear and ventory IT equipment periodically to ensure accountability and function.Respond to IT problem situations as needed for internal spect truck gate and truck loading spect the truck gate and truck load lanes each hour to ensure cleanliness.Report any spills or trash to the driver or carrier office.Log inspection results in logbook.Notify Customer Service Manager and Facilities Maintenance of a spill.Provide data research and analysis as requested/required.Find Veles data as requested by operations.TertiaryCoordinate fleet shipment holds and releases to meet delivery windows specified by KUS.
