Job Description Be on the technology and supply chain forefront for the Manufacturing and Operations team within Supply Chain Operations. As a Manufacturing Engineering Program Manager , you will engage directly with our Manufacturing sites ensuring high-quality and high-efficiency operations capable of meeting the rapidly growing and changing demands of our customers. Success requires a well-rounded engineer and leader who can navigate an ambiguous and fast-paced organization, and capable of both strategic and deep tactical engagement as appropriate. You will need to be a self-starter, communicate effectively, and be courageous enough to challenge the status quo. Responsibilities + Manages global production capacity planning and modeling across all manufacturing sites globally, analyzing key constraints, risks, and performance metrics at each site to support rapidly evolving customer demands and business growth. + Leads cross-functional projects to implement advanced manufacturing technologies/automation that improve quality, efficiency, and throughput across our supply chain. + Performs technical audits to evaluate and assist in development and continuous improvement of hardware supply chain manufacturing and quality management capabilities to enable consistent compliance with Oracle's specified product and Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) requirements. + Manages assigned suppliers to ensure timely submittal and acceptability of key technical/quality deliverables required to support Operations qualifications of new and revised product, tooling, and processes in alignment with program schedules. The qualification deliverables typically include First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and samples, Process Capability (Cpk) studies, manufacturing control plans, and quality audits. + Manages supplier quality through Product Life Cycle stages, including new product introduction, sustaining, and end of life transition. This includes tracking, analysis, and reporting of supplier quality performance and use of data to drive assigned suppliers to meet or exceed Product Award Letter (PAL) Quality Targets and goals for continuous improvement of yields, efficiency, capacity, and throughput aimed at reducing cost and ensuring material availability. + Interfaces broadly across organizational levels of Design, Operations, and supplier functions to drive timely and effective root cause corrective action (RCCA) for supplier related product and process quality issues during NPI and sustaining phases. + Applies education, training, and experience in the use of Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance concepts, statistical/quantitative analysis methods, and structured problem-solving techniques to investigate and resolve supplier related product and process quality issues. Qualifications + BS degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline . + 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing operations environment. + 5+ years of project/program management experience in manufacturing or supply chain. + Experience managing external manufacturing partners with a highly complex product portfolio. + Attack problems analytically, outstanding business judgement, and an ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner. + Demonstrated ability to lead complex and strategic initiatives. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
