Job Duties: u00b7 Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization u00b7 Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices u00b7 Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor bills u00b7 Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies u00b7 Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records u00b7 Assist with month-end closing and reporting u00b7 Communicate with vendors regarding payment status or issues u00b7 Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments u00b7 Support audits by providing necessary documentation u00b7 Follow internal controls and company policies for AP procedures Requirements u00b7 Minimum of 3 years of hands-on work in accounts payable with multiple ERP systems. u00b7 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel u00b7 Familiarity with financial and operational systems such as Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite. u00b7 Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. u00b7 Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for stakeholder interactions Education: Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other relevant fields.
