Process Documentation & Lean Support Specialist Job Category: Service Contract Act Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US Overview CACI is seeking a flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented specialist to support process documentation, workflow capture, and continuous improvement initiatives within PA40. This role focuses on documenting processes, capturing best practices, and supporting lean approaches under government direction. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Assist in documenting technical and administrative processes across PA40. u2022 Develop draft SOPs, workflow guides, and process maps for government review. u2022 Support identification of process inefficiencies and propose improvement options. u2022 Maintain repositories of process documents and version control. u2022 Collaborate with project teams to capture lessons learned and codify repeatable practices. u2022 Contribute to process transparency and workforce training materials. Minimum Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field. u2022 Eligible to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance. u2022 Must be a U.S. Citizen. u2022 Experience with process documentation or continuous improvement methods. Required Skills & Attributes: u2022 Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks. u2022 Strong documentation and technical writing skills. u2022 Ability to capture workflows using flowcharts, diagrams, or similar tools. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Strong communication and team collaboration abilities. u2022 Must be willing to work on site in Norco, California. - ________________________________________________________________________________________ What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACIu2019s government contract for the work location.u200b Minimum Req uired Hourly Wage: $31.99 There are a host of other factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographical location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
