This is an exciting opportunity to build workflows, dashboards, and automations that enhance project transparency and task tracking under government direction. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Configure and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, fields, and dashboards. u2022 Develop JIRA queries, filters, and automation rules to streamline reporting. u2022 Support integration between JIRA and Confluence to align analysis tasking. u2022 Assist with documenting workflow configurations and usage guides. u2022 Provide draft reporting views and metrics for government-led reviews. u2022 Collaborate with technical teams to ensure workflow alignment with PA40 planning. Minimum Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. u2022 Eligible to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance. u2022 Must be a U.S. Citizen. u2022 Experience with Atlassian JIRA administration or comparable task management systems.
