We are seeking a Flight Nurse to join our elite air medical team in Red Bluff, CA You will be responsible for providing advanced critical care during emergency transport missions. This high-impact role involves working in rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground transport settings, often in high-pressure environments where clinical excellence and rapid decision-making are essential. Please apply directly to this posting to learn more Key Responsibilities: + Deliver high-quality, compassionate care during emergency transport. + Maintain active RN license in the state of employment (California). + Provide care in accordance with Air Medical Group standards and protocols. + Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners. + Maintain compliance with clinical weight restrictions and physical requirements. + Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and communication. + Work a rotating schedule: 24 hours on, 24 hours off, 24 hours on, followed by 5 days off. Qualifications: + Active RN license in California. + 3u20135 years of current critical care/emergency experience (5 years preferred). + Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS. + NRP and instructor certifications preferred. + CFRN certification required within 24 months of hire. + Flight or transport experience preferred. + Must pass pre-placement physical exam, including strength/flexibility assessment (lift up to 100 lbs) and drug screening. + Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs.
