Temporary Program Coordinator u2013 Resident Empowerment Schedule: Monday u2013 Friday, 7:30AM u2013 5PM Pay Rate: $23.98/hour Requirement: Bilingual (required) Support resident engagement and empowerment initiatives in a dynamic, community-focused environment. This temporary role involves coordinating programs, managing communications, and assisting with outreach efforts to ensure residents have access to resources and opportunities. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate daily program activities and logistics + Communicate with residents and stakeholders in both English and Spanish + Maintain accurate records and reports + Support outreach and engagement efforts + Assist with event planning and implementation Qualifications: + Bilingual fluency (required) + Strong organizational and communication skills + Experience in community programs or social services preferred + Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is a temporary, full-time position offering steady weekday hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting residents with tools and resources they need to thrive.
