Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: u00b7 Lead activities, distance learning, and recreational activities u00b7 Ensure each program area used by groups is properly cleaned u00b7 Maintain an accurate head count of the assigned group u00b7 Facilitate check-in and out procedures u00b7 Maintain a safe working environment u00b7 Enforce all rules u00b7 Assist in the development of lesson plans for middle school & high school programs u00b7 Other related duties as required EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: u00b7 High school diploma or equivalent (required) u00b7 Education in childhood development, or related field (preferred) u2022 Experience working with teens and children u2022 CPR/First Aid certification (Within the first 30 days of employment u2013 required) u2022 Food Handlers Card (Within the first 30 days of employment u2013 required) SKILLS AND ABILITIES: u00b7 Great communication skills u00b7 Ability to lead u00b7 Ability to multi-task u00b7 Detail oriented PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: u00b7 Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
