Position Summary Child Care Assistant/Driver shall provide childcare support to the ongoing programs and services of the Tustin Ranch Corps as needed. They will also provide safe and timely transportation of individuals participating in programs at The Salvation Army. Essential Functions + Provide safe and secure childcare for children of families attending various programs and services at The Tustin Ranch Corps + Services will be provided in areas of the Church Sanctuary, cry room, prayer room, and designated areas within the Tustin Ranch complex which may include the Creatoru2019s Corner Preschool building + Specific duties will include but are not limited to the adherence of all child safety policies and regulations as established by The Salvation Army (Protect the Mission) Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Minimum Qualifications + Valid California driver license and annual renewed decision driving training for authorized drivers + A deep understanding of the mission of The Salvation Army.
