Schedule: B Shift (2pm-10pm, Mon-Fri) or C shift (10-6:00am) + Paid Lunch Breaks Included Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for handling materials, operating machinery, and assisting in various production tasks within our facility. The position requires a strong focus on safety and teamwork, as well as the ability to perform physical labor in an industrial environment. With on-the-job training provided, this is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in production. Essential Duties: + Load and unload materials into furnaces, kettles, and other equipment. + Manual Labor: Shovel, screen/filter materials, and add chemicals as needed. + Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety practices, including wearing PPE, and follow MSDS/SDS guidelines. + Work Area Maintenance: Keep the workplace clean and safe, ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained. + Quality Control: Measure and test samples as required. + Teamwork: Collaborate with team members, cross-train, and assist as necessary. Qualifications and Requirements: + No prior experience needed; on-the-job training will be provided. + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Must be clean-shaven (or able to pass fit testing to wear a respirator). + Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, crawling). + Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment that includes exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and loud noise levels.
